Download the filezilla and it should not connect through quick connect .So, Click on the top icon files -site manager -new site

Host ftp.domain

username C panel user

Password c panel password

port is 21 or blank

Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: use only plain ftp

LOGON TYPE normal
