I suggest you to follow the below procedures to downgrade from gold to green .UPGRADE & DONWGRADE

in order to upgrade plan you will be charged plan to plan different amount only

You may login to your client area at https://unionhost.com/cp/clientarea.php to manage your hosting.

Once logged in to your Control Panel,

goto "HOSTING" (3rd mline Menu) - "My HOSTING" - "Active Icon"

Go to the "upgrade/downgrade" Management Action and choose suitable plan
